MyPublicInbox website is a platform whereby MyPublicInbox, S.L. provides a service consisting on binging people (Contactors) in contact with Public personalities (Public Profiles) who are relevant in different areas and fields in a respectful manner.

Any use of this platform different to the previously mentioned is rejected by MyPublicInbox, S.L. and might constitute an automatic cancellation reason of the Profile that has incurred in the misuse of the website, without prejudice to the legal consequences and obligations that this activity might entail if it is a criminal one.

In MyPublicInbox the services provided by MyPublicInbox, S.L. are detailed. The use of the Services entails the acceptance of the following terms and conditions, and you decline from lodging any kind of complaint.

  1. This web service is available to entities and persons over the age of legal majority.
  2. MyPublicInbox, S.L. reserves the right to modify the content of the MyPublicInbox web, the services provided, the tariffs, the guarantees offered… at any time and without prior notice.
  3. MyPublicInbox website may provide links to websites belonging to third parties. Any lack of respect including, but not limited to threats, coercion, inappropriate proposals, distasteful content or insults shall be considered to be a sufficient reason for the Profile cancellation without the right to any payment and without any possibility of creating a new Profile.
  8. MyPublicInbox cannot the uninterrupted and free functioning of the website. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for damage caused by the use of the service.
  9. MyPublicInbox is offering its services indefinitely, although the provision of services may be suspended unilaterally and without previous notice.
  10. MyPublicInbox, S.L. will not be held responsible for any damages to self and third parties derived from misuse of the website.
  11. The user agrees to not use the website or the services offered therein to carry out activities contrary to law, public order or these rules.
  12. MyPublicInbox is not responsible for the information and contents of the messages exchanged between the website users or the Public Profiles information. However, in spite of compliance with Art. 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, MyPublicInbox, S.L. is at disposal of the users, the authorities and the security forces to work actively in the withdrawal and cancellation of any content that would contravene national or international law, third-party rights or morality and public order. In the event that the User conders that there is in the website any content that could fit this definition, he or she is asked to notify the website administrator of this immediately through the email: info@mypublicinbox.com.
  13. This website has been checked and verified to ensure it functions properly. In general, its correct functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, MyPublicInbox admits the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors or other errors caused by major forces, natural catastrophes, strikes or similar circumstances that impede the access to the website.
  14. The opinions voiced by the Users in their messages or Public Profiles do not necessarily reflect the views of MyPublicInbox, S.L.
